Total Intel has evolved intelligence gathering and analysis. We bring together the experience and collective knowledge of three well-established intelligence and security organizations -- The Black Group, Terrorism Research Center, Inc., and Technical Defense - to provide clients with the only comprehensive and complete solution for private intelligence and security needs.

Total Intel's services are all supported through a world-class Global Fusion Center (GFC), a 24/7 intelligence fusion and warning center that provides our clients with immediate alerts regarding information, incidents, or activity of interest; tailored and concise analyses on geopolitical risk requirements; and surge capabilities to support organizations involved in threat management or crisis response activities. The GFC also provides intelligence products dealing with civil unrest, terrorism, and security concerns, environmental and health concerns, and information operations.

Total Intel services include:

• Intelligence Operations and Risk Consulting. Total Intel draws on a worldwide network of contacts, advanced Internet monitoring, and traditional intelligence collection that allows our clients to identify transactional risks, manage reputational risks, comply with international security standards and statutory requirements, and travel safely to international destinations and secure events and other venues.  We also provide traditional intelligence functions such as surveillance and countersurveillance, deployed intelligence collection, and rapid safeguarding of employees or other key assets.
• Homeland Security. Total Intel supports our country’s national preparedness goals and related national strategies by offering a layered range of products—including templates and onsite support—that apply to states, regions, urban areas, local and tribal jurisdictions, and private interests with a role in homeland security. Total Intel offers a full range of long-term research services that support strategic planning and preparation relating to terrorism trends and the future of asymmetric warfare.
• Training. Total Intel provide a full line of training courses, events, and materials to help our clients understand, channel, sift, and fuse flows of information to enable decision-making and operational activity.  We offer the full scope of training and tradecraft disciplines to include intelligence, operations, crisis processes and procedures, and executive roles and missions.
• Technical and IT Security.  Total Intel provides consulting services dedicated to information assurance considerations across the entire enterprise and develops information assurance programs that incorporate all components required to secure proprietary information and demonstrate due diligence.  Our approach looks beyond technology to address the vulnerabilities inherent in the overall system including the potential for harm from outsiders, insiders, or through accidental misconfigurations or negligent behavior.
